I'm Emma Jane.

My family and I live on a small farm dedicated to regenerative farming practices in the Southern Highlands of New South Wales, Australia on the land of the Gundungurra.

I make an artisanal range of health products from the regenerative produce we grow on our farm.

I have many roles including being a wife, mother, cook, herbalist, educator, and soil activist.

My love for cooking started at a young age, spending time in the kitchen with my mother. My love of great-tasting food transformed into a passion for growing produce using regenerative farming methods, and now a deep interest in soil health.

After studying Herbal Medicine I came realise that the herbs and botanicals we use on our body are just as important as the food we eat, so now I grow herbs and botanicals regeneratively also.

I also share my knowledge of Herbal remedies and regenerative gardening with others.

Over the last several years my studies have included:

Fundamentals of Herbal Medicine, The Australian School of Herbal Medicine

The Future of Food, Le Cordon Bleu

Gastronomic Tourism, Le Cordon Bleu

Introduction to Biodynamics, Charlie Arnott & Hamish Mackay

Regenerative Agriculture - A Deep Dive into Fire, Carbon & Water, The Mulloon Institute
